"The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. "Location was 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation, but overall a little far from the center of town for our purposes. Safe area to walk. Our bathroom flooded the first night, but they were able to move us to another room. No nightstand to charge phones etc. Tight space for two adults and two children even though its advertised as accommodating four people. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!"

"This hotel close to the Amsterdam airport was a lovely experience. The shuttle was easy to find, Vlad at check-in was very helpful and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, we opted for the breakfast buffet which plentiful and would stay there again on our next visit for sure."

"The place is very convenient next to the airport. The shuttle is great. It would be good to have the shuttle stop and the actual gates though. The place is clean and it was easy to check in and check out. For the most part the staff was helpful, though one of the staff was not helpful at all. I called and asked about an item that I needed ( lotion or toothpaste) and she did not want to help. She kept on saying no we don't have and then I asked if they have it at the vending/store I front. I don't want to come out of the room if they didn't have it. She still didn't want to help and hung up on me."

"Very close to the central train station, this was a very walkable hub for our trip. It’s outside of the major touristy areas, so it’s still very quiet at night. The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs and steam rooms for guests. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. A great hotel for those staying in Amsterdam"

"Great location right on the canal, with helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. The bar doesn't stay open very late, but there are many places nearby. We were told a day ahead that our bed request couldn't be accommodated, which we thought probably meant a standard/double instead of king or queen. What we got were little twins that reminded me of my childhood bedroom. Which were comfortable but not ideal as a couple. Still, would stay here again based on everything else."

"The hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport. There are signs in the airport pointing to the hotel and you can take one of the trolleys with your luggage both to the hotel and back. As a result, no need to wait for a shuttle - you can just go when you wish. The rooms are small but are clean and have all the essentials. The TV, lights, blinds etc are controlled by a tablet so if you hate all things technology, this isn't the hotel for you. Since we are both tech savvy, we particularly enjoyed that aspect of the hotel. Not enough time to enjoy the other services of the hotel due to flight times, but we have stayed in other CitizenM hotels and found them to have everything we needed. If I were travelling as a solo female, I would feel very safe and comfortable at a CitizenM hotel."
