"After spending six months traveling the country and looking for a place to settle down, my wife and I settled on Portland. This property and it's hosts are a huge reason why. Great neighborhood, tons of nearby restaurants, and all the bells and whistles that you would need to stay for a couple days or a couple months. Quiet, safe, tons of parking, a full kitchen, laundry room, the whole shebang. Rachel always went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Wonderful views of the river and downtown. Every day we saw teams paddling Dragon Boats, scullers, kayaks, even small hot tub boats! We stepped out the patio door to the riverwalk. The condo was clean and comfortable. The photos don't do it justice-nice artwork and spacious main floor. Well equipped kitchen. Loved it!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We wish we had more time to just hang out and walk around the community. Everything in the unit was great ( except the beds). Both beds were extremely firm. For this reason alone i would have second thoughts about staying again. If the beds are replaced with medium soft beds we would stay again. Not a major issue but the parking was full both nights we were there and we had to park on the street. I drive a Ram 2500 Mega Cab so that was a trick to find a place big...

"My partner and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed everything about it. Very clean, firm foam king bed (no bouncing, great for post surgery), useful kitchen and a huge living room space. Super thankful parking permit was included and managed by Becky. Becky was super helpful and quickly responded to questions. This place is right off the interstate making it so convenient. Thank you!"

"Perfectly located - with a balcony overlooking Lake Oswego. We enjoyed watching the fish in the lake. Only a short walk to coffee shops, cinema and downtown attractions."

"My son and his wife live in this neighborhood. So many wonderful places to eat. Great grocery store right across the street. The condo is as it looks. Nicely supplied, but as someone else said, only one wine glass? The washing machine does not work. We were there for 3 nights. Slept well. Very quiet. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again."

"Great location. Bad parking. Vacasa communication was unclear about the code being to a lockbox in the lobby. Took almost an hour to figure that out. Once that was sorted, everything was great except the parking"

"I had left the bathroom door open the first day and night. On the second day, I closed it from the bedroom side, and it locked. This was completely a mechanical problem, and nothing I did. I reported it the next morning to management, and they sent someone out late that afternoon. I was told there was a button under the handle. Yes, but on the inside of the bathroom. I had no way to get into the bathroom for a full night and the next morning! When I asked for a refund for just the one day, I was...

"The property was in a great location. You can tell that the place we stayed in has been used a lot. I’m not mad about it, I would just recommend a deep cleaning. I’m super grateful that we were able to stay in such a great place though and maybe just an upgrade of the bed but I understand the price was amazing so we get what we paid for."

"Love the apartment and the location, this is the second time I've stayed there. I would definitely stay again. The Washing machine is broken but still works. The late check out process isn't great and there's no flexibility when my plans changed and I needed a few more hours to stay. Communication is great with them and they are very responsive."

"We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property."

"This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....

"Boutique hotel near a streetcar stop. Clean room with full kitchen and den area. Extremely comfortable bed. The decor is funky but fun. Due to Portland being in the news so much, I googled “safe place to stay in Portland” and I felt safe here although they did warn us not to leave anything visible in our car. "
