"No OLCC card for the restaurant and that was a deal breaker. Staff seemed annoyed with questions. Received several texts after checkout inquiring about how “I was enjoying my stay”. Would try the Raddison before I stayed here again. Also, AC was noisy as hell, rough night."

"Valet employees dont know how to drive manuel vehicles, therefore you pay 69.00 to park youelr own vehicle out front?? Took 35 min to get my car because they didnt have anyone that could get it out of the garage because they couldn't drive it. Refused to give me any accommodation and still charged me 69.00. Wont go back again"

"Room was nice and spacious but did not love that there was no coffee pot in the room. I also didn’t like the parking situation, felt that valet was really the only option which was an additional $60. Was a good stay but probably would look for somewhere with better amenities."

"The hotel is ok. It is very clean, staff very friendly, but just did not feel safe. Lot of homeless grouped with dogs at night. At restaurants and all places we visited, told us it was very safe. Just did not feel comfortable to walk around. "
