"The bed was awful and very uncomfortable. There was no conditioner in the bathroom and when asked to fill it up they still didn't do it. "

"The only thing that wasnt good was the smoke detector started to chirp when we were sleeping. The room phone didn't work so had to call them on our cell phone. We were put on hold and then told someone would be right up...45 minutes later we finally had someone that could put a new battery in. Wide awake now."

"Loved everything. Perfect location for walking. The evening reception (with free cocktails?!) and complimentary breakfast were above any expectations. There are 2 hot tubs! Room was spacious and clean, and the staff was great. Will stay here again. 😊"

"Very enjoyable stay at the Benson. Staff was super friendly, and the room was comfortable, well appointed, and clean. My only "negative" is that the disabled friendly (no steps) entrance was almost always locked from the outside, even during the day. This was a minor inconvenience for me, as I am mostly mobile, but would have been a major one were I in a wheelchair. Otherwise, it is a fabulous hotel and I would absolutely stay again!"

"Had a great stay, front desk staff and valets were great. Walls are pretty thin though! Noise in hallway and rooms next door really carries through into room"

"Wish I could upload photos to prove myself, please check the Kurig before using and pain patches were found in my sisters room. Two examples that say rooms are not cleaning properly!! All just for them to say we’ll give you a breakfast voucher to a complementary breakfast you can get for free at any other hotels! Very disappointing!! "
