For shared use: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular heated (3 x 7 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 30 m, railway station 4 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Pool with countercurrent.
3-room apartment 72 m2, on the ground floor. Fully renovated in 2015, practical and comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV.
