"Canadian Tourists Review : We had an amazing stay at the W in Xi’an. The staff was wonderful and spoke English very well as we needed help to navigate our adventures! The hotel is extremely stylish and the interior architecture is mind blowing! Could use a bit more lighting in the lobby at night, but radiates an amazing mood and atmosphere. The room was very clean, spacious and stylish with a very quiet air conditioning that allowed us to sleep soundly at night! It was also well equipped with Dyson and Magic Toilets! The dining options were great in and around the hotel depending on your taste and if not, you can walk to a very luxurious shopping / grocery mall not too far away! TIP - ROOM VIEW : Book the Park / Garden view as the City View is a wall of condo buildings! We would definitely come back without question and they definitely put the W franchise on our radar!"

"We stayed here over the holiday weekend and had a wonderful experience. The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The breakfast buffet is huge, offering a wide variety of options. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and accommodating. When our son was injured at the pool, they went above and beyond to ensure he received the care he needed. They arranged a driver and had a hotel manager accompany us to the emergency room. Another manager met us there and stayed the entire time, helping with translation and making sure our son received the best possible care. On the way back to the hotel, many roads were closed due to the holiday, but the manager with us worked with the authorities to get us back quickly and safely. Their support during such a stressful time meant the world to us—it was far beyond what we ever expected. We’re incredibly grateful and will never forget their kindness."
