“This motel was excellent! Check in was easy and the gentleman was very helpful with a map of the area and dining suggestions. The room was very clean and bright, with a window from which you could see the ocean. I liked the table and chairs, where we could plan our next day and have a snack of our leftovers, reheated in the microwave. Tv had quite a few channels. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if ever in the area. ”
“Property is walking distance to the ocean and very close to Nye Beach. The room is great and comfortable. A/C is a plus as some hotels in the area do not have it. It is chilly in Newport, but you will still need the A/C during summer. ”
“The property is getting a totally new makeover, so the owner apologized for the inconvenience while worker's are doing a great job to make the place look brand new inside and outside. I would recommend this place to everyone who's planning to stay in Newport young and old....thanks for a great stay.”
"The staff is so nice and wonderful, but the room is really not good. The room has a musty smell. And, I ordered a balcony room for the beautiful beach view. However, many people just smoked at their balcony. I can’t really enjoy the view outside. I paid over $300 for one night. It is really not worth the price. "
