We were able to park, drop off bags, head out the door and down the stairs walk the beach to a nice chowder place and back. “Upstairs king bed is very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. Kitchen was ok, but the living and dining areas were not. There were ants and also termites (or flying ants). There were some broken lamp switches, no sponge to wash dishes, and the dishwasher door was tough to close. The pull out couch was well-worn and the mattress was very dirty.
