The kitchen furniture in particular is outdated. The cabin was great, but it needs some improvements, as it feels older than it probably is.”

“We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. We do appreciate the effort, though moving luggage with the family was not ideal, and we were left wondering why the better room wasn’t assigned from the start. Breakfast was……
