"Nice and very affordable.
Small but comfy bed. Nice staff. Got nice recommendations of where to go in Osaka. I enjoyed my stay, and I might come back specially because it's very close to the train station. "

"We stayed in a 4 dorm, 2 adults and 2 kids, for 4 nights. The hostel was great for us in terms of location, cost, and room space. They serve some amazing lunch and dinner options there too! The hostel was one of the quietest I've ever stayed in and the facilities were all fairly clean and well equipped. "

"I have no idea why this hostel has a high score on this site. It is absolutely disgusting. Black mold in the showers. Bed sheets and mattresses have visable disgusting stains. The bathrooms have the same smell as camping site public bathroom
Its also completely unsafe. I woke up at 3 am to use the bathroom only to find a homeless man cleaning himself. The front door of the hostel is unlocked at night meaning anyone can come in.
Sure the hostel is close to the jr station. But given option of...

"Such a beautiful hotel, spacious room with lovely seating to capture the view. Onsen was very nice, great views and good facilities. Lounge was a good spot to have a drink. Reception on 17th floor. Great location in central Osaka. "
"Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend
Recently stayed here and had an excellent experience. I must say the hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived around 11pm due to a delayed flight and lengthy train ride. The hotel was extremely clean. The front desk lady was able to help me figure out how to get to Sumoto on Awaji Island, which made the day trip much easier. The view from the hotel room was very nice as well. Hotel is well situated with the subway below the hotel as well as having a grocery store in the basement which was extremely convenient. We were also about a 10-15 minute walk from where most of the tour buses meet up as well, an added bonus. Room was on the small side but it wasn’t a big issue as we were out and about most of the time. I have friends going to Japan in February and I’ll be highly recommending this hotel to them. When I return to Japan I will definitely be staying at this hotel.

"Hotel is located right above the Kitahama metro station, so it's very convenient for travel down to Dotonburi and it's linked lines. My room was very clean and the soundproofing must be great, because I'm a light sleeper and I heard no noise on either night I stayed here."
"The breakfast area messed up on our count, we went back to the front desk to explained the situation, the manager who passed by overheard the conversation and walked us down to the breakfast area to walk us in. Love the location, staff, breakfast variety. We stayed for 4 nights and missed breakfast 2 days. If we knew from the start how great their breakfast was, we would have not missed it. I got to make my own ramen, iced matcha latte, and they even have a Takoyaki station. "
"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is great and near entrances to the train station. There are underground shopping/restaurants near the hotel which can connect to Osaka station. I was confused walking through it but followed signs for "JR" and eventually found my way to Osaka station. The indoor onsen (spa) is open from 6am-midnight which was great after a long day of walking. A Lawson convenience store and pharmacy is located on the ground floor of the hotel. One potential con is the hotel is positioned right on a main street which means you can probably hear car noises or general noise pollution from your room. "
