Peaceful and beautiful cabin
The location and amenities where first rate. It was much better than the listing could have described. Comfortable beds, quality items/furniture through out, quiet neighborhood, and lovely small waterfall next to cabin. High Recommend!

Quick holiday stay
There were some challenges with the property manager communication at the beginning, for example, the pet fee was listed incorrectly on the listing. Also, could not help in determining if an early check-in was possible so that we were able to plan our visit to the grocery store, which is over an hour away. When we checked in, everything was great, it was very quick. The only issue we had in the cabin was one of the sofa beds had no sheets and the other sofa bed had sheets, but they appeared to not be clean. Location and amenities otherwise were great.

Short Yosemite Trip
Beautiful cabin about 45 min away from Yosemite Valley. Just down the road from Chilnualna Falls… took my family on 15 minute hike to the lower falls. They loved it! The ladies at the front office were so friendly and helpful but we got there at 3:45 and were told our cabin wasn’t going to be ready for another hour. Ended up waiting until past 6 to get in. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Great location for visiting the park. You are inside the main gate, so you do not have to fight that line for entry every day. The house and deck are very nice and we found the beds comfortable for sleeping after a day outdoors. Check-in and staff were easy and helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

Yosemite Elopement
We used this home as our stay for our elopement in Yosemite. It was a great location, 45 minutes from the valley, next to Mariposa Grove, and the falls nearby were fantastic. The home was beautiful with an updated kitchen, deck and grill that was perfect for our dinner after the ceremony. We couldn't have asked for a better place!

Nice place with LOTS of space
Very spacious and in a great location. Pet friendly, too. So we were able to bring our dog. She (and us) loved the setting -- surrounded by trees and built around / integrated with some major boulders. Very unique. We valued having a full kitchen during our multi-day stay at Yosemite.

Yosemite at your door
Great place as a part of a 'sub division' in the park. Has LOTS of room both indoors and outdoors. Cabin setting so some furnishings are a little dated and worn, but it adds to the great feeling of being in the woods.

Near perfect cabin style stay in Yosemite NP
We had a lovely 3 night stay in Wawona. The neighborhood itself is about 6 miles into the park once you go through the gate. It's right near the Wawona Hotel (the oldest working hotel in the US!) and there is a little market if you need to pick up a thing or two. PROS: -Redwood rental office is in the same area and we're very accommodating in holding our cold food items in their fridge while we waited for our cabin to be ready. They also have drip coffee and tea you can have, and they pointed out a little walk for us to do. -The cabin has space for two SUVs to park right out front. Front steps lead to a very large gated porch that wrap around the side of the house to the kitchen door. There is a little stream and bridge which our two year old and our dog loved. -ample space in the cabin for 4 adults and two under age of 3. Both rooms have their own bathroom, one has a shower and the other has a bath. There is a living room right when you walk in the front door and a kitchen with large table and seating for up to 8. The lounge holds the most epic wood burner in the center along with a dining table for 4 and a spare bed (so you can really have 5 adults if you wanted), also a couch and two armchairs. Outside there is a patio table and lounge chairs as well as market lights strung around. -Quiet neighborhood. You could see other cabins but some weren't occupied. We hardly saw a soul while we were there. -There is a trail head in the neighborhood which 10 (steep) minutes in will take you to some beautiful waterfalls. -close driving distance to Mariposa Grove and a large river bed just before Wawona campground where our dog could burn some energy and little ones can throw rocks in. CONS: -no toiletries. some travel sized bath wash and shampoo/cond for the bathrooms would be nice -no proper wine glasses! There were a few random drinking glasses and mugs but that's it. -no baking trays and only one skillet/12in pan for cooking. -BBQ was outside but no propane even though we saw some propane being delivered to another cabin. -lightbulbs need to be brighter. A bit too dim for us in the living room, kitchen, and lounge area. -check in time says 4pm which we think is a little ridiculous since check out is 10am. They were able to get us in around 2pm but no guarantees. Think a more appropriate official check in time would be 1-2pm and check out 10:30am.

Cabin by the little creek
Awesome cabin that more than sufficed the needs of our family. Convenient location within the park. Checkin is easy however the process itself was not well communicated to us - we arrived late in the evening and we didn’t know where to go to pick up our welcome package. Luckily, the renters next door gave us directions to the office down the road past the village market. Great place to stay otherwise! We really enjoyed our time there. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!

Great Yosemite Getaway!
Great cabin - plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 small dogs. Outside wrap-around deck was completely enclosed and we spent most of our time eating meals and hanging out there. Nice, big table and comfortable deck furniture. Great location too, at the end of the street with nothing behind us and a babbling creek right next to us. Would have liked to have more "Tupperware" type containers since we cooked/grilled every night, and the carpet is pretty stained, but other than those two minor things it was the perfect place and we would definitely visit again!

Truly a little creek cabin
This house is exactly what we expected of Yosemite. It is a little cabin with a wonderful wrap around porch, and the best thing about this cabin was the creek and bridge along side the cabin. Even though it was cold, it was nice to sit outside on the porch. It was easy to walk down to the creek and just enjoy it and the woods. This cabin sleeps 4 very comfortably, but the porch room, with the sofa bed and roll away were not so. The roll away bed was made when we arrived, but we had to make up the sofa bed. The sheets seemed old and we could not find a warm blanket in good condition. We found an old one that has seen better days, but used it because it was very cold at night time. Would suggest this 2 bedroom cabin for 4 maximum 5 adults, we had 6.
