"Crystal clean room and facilities. The onsen is truly the best — relaxing, spotless, and perfect after a long trip. The only thing I was a little sad about is that I wished for longer onsen hours, especially for guests with late flights. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of variety, but enough to be satisfying. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay right at the airport."

"I loved this property! It was absolutely comfortable, spacious and quiet. Loved the view of the airport planes and distant mountains. It also has an Olsen to relax and just enjoy quietness. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Usually the last day visits to Japan, I try to stay closer to the airport, and I will absolutely come back to this place! I wish I could have stayed longer. "Typical Japanese business hotel. Simple, small but clean. Hotel also had a sauna to use. Hotel is usually used by Japanese so the self checkin kiosk had difficulty recognizing a foreign last name but the front counter staff was very helpful assisting. The location is next to the subway station, not far from Odori station, and Aeon Mall is also next to it. "
