Great place! We had a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry machine (we brought our own detergent sheets). Separate bedroom and a large pull out sofa in living room. Air conditioner in both rooms worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of toiletries. Surprisingly, no dish soap to wash dishes by hand or in the included dishwasher, but they gave us one pod upon asking.
There was always someone working the front desk 24/7 and each person was very helpful. Everyone spoke Russian, and English well. Location is a bit hard to find, but is in the very center and super convenient. Happy we stayed here!

We had a wonderful stay with my fiancé, beautiful place with an excellent location. The only downside was that the room stayed quite warm even after technicians checked the air conditioning. Also, having more English-speaking staff at reception would make the experience even smoother for international guests. Overall, a great place with just a few areas for improvement!
