Great location with excellent staff. Breakfast was good. Lots of things to see within walking distance. Great restaurants close by. No a/c but they put fans in each room.

The property and rooms were lovely. There was a front and back gate with an access code for the back gate. Maria was lovely and very accommodating. It was that small personal touch that made a difference. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and the bar allowed you to share a drink with other guests. We would definitely stay again and wish we could have stayed a little longer.

We stayed one night at the chateau in July as a family of 5, including three teens. The property exterior is beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Our unit was a 2-bed, 2-bath. Unfortunately the hotel did not tell us ahead of time that the upstairs bath was out of order. Or offer any type of reimbursement. We paid almost $700 for the night. The main floor of the unit did have a mini split a/c, however, the upstairs attic bedroom did not. It was so hot, easily 20 degrees warmer, that our boys ended up sleeping on the couch and chairs on the main level. No one slept well that night. Very disappointed. Sadly would not recommend for families.
