The unique Rafaela duplex apartment has a living area of approximately 88 m². Up to 6 people can enjoy their vacation here together. It features three bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and three balconies.

Thanks to its high attic location and the three balconies, you’ll enjoy a superb view of the lake. The living area features a spacious layout with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen where you can freely express your culinary creativity. The separate dining area also provides access to two furnished rooftop balconies, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful weather right outside your apartment. The cozy seating area, complete with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system, provides a lovely space to spend time together in the evening or during the day. There is also a modern bathroom with a large shower and a toilet. On the lower level, there are two comfortably furnished bedrooms, each sleeping two people. On the upper floor, you’ll also find a romantic bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, double sink, toilet, and bidet.
