"Our stay was fun! Stayed with family and children for a birthday celebration. Hotel did have amenities for kids although bowling area wasn't available all weekend due to bowling tournaments. Wasn't too happy about pool area closing at 8pm, especially being that it's summer.The deadbolt didn't lock ..."

"It was a self check in and out which made the waiting time in line long. Many guests encountered issues with the kiosk check in/out system. In addition, guests had to print out their room keys at another kiosk. The entire check in/out experience was not customer centered."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Housekeeping did a great job. However the in room tablet wasn’t working when we got there and although we did call the front desk and tell them about it, it didn’t get fixed."
