Great central hotel - very easy walks to the city sites. The staff was excellent - front desk recommended great restaurants within easy walking distance. Room was well appointed and comfortable.

Overall, our stay was great. Can’t complain about anything in general. I didn’t give it a full 5 stars as there were some minor things that were overlooked and that stood out to me. 1. The coffee in the minibar was never restocked. I had to call twice to get more coffee 2. The shower head from the rainforest shower part had only half the nozzles working. 3. The button mechanics for the bath and shower were, while kinda cool at first, ended up being wonky and felt a little gimmicky. Aside from that, the staff were very friendly, room service was timely, and the facilities and overall hotel was beautiful.

I have stayed here numerous times over the last years. It’s at the point where it needs a serious makeover. Nothing really wrong with anything but just kinda stuffy.

In spite of being a VIP Access member the hotel refused to give me even tiny late check out till 1pm

Great location. Rooms are clean and nice but a bit outdated especially in the bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent with an omelette station and a great selection (but unfortunately no fresh squeezed orange juice like other Le Meridien hotels we have stayed at). Most of the front desk staff are very nice and knowledgeable. We had a slightly bizarre check-in experience though (not recognizing our Bonvoy perks). Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
