The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned well throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served till 10.30 so plenty of time, also good selection of food. Plenty of choice of cafes and restaurants nearby or another option is metro (8-10 min walk) and go into the centre.

It is a self service hotel in the sense that you are asked to carry your suitcases up and down of flights of stairs and even to storage room to store your bags. It is set up like a maze and annoying to navigate to find your way around and no one offers to show you around. Quite Far from attractions too. I would not stay here again. It is clean but I expect that from a pricy hotel. Service for us was lacking.

Our check -in process was great and the first room we were assigned was almost perfect except very,very cold. We received a portable heater which worked well but then some of the main lighting in the room suddenly went off. We had to switch rooms but the second room was not as clean and had other issues.

Helpful check in and informative. Generous sized family room. Spotless. Complimentary tea, coffee pods, bottled water, shower gels, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, shower caps!

The room was clean and the bed is very comfy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue is the lack of sound proofing, but then when staying in a minimalist converted warehouse perhaps I should have expected that.

Boutique hotel with beautiful decoration. Dinner was tasty. Room is very small. Very close to the main station but far from major attractions

Friendly staff and quick room service. Perfect sized hotel room for two with a large window that really opened up the room. Shower was odd since there was no door but I think they are all like that in the Netherlands.
