Quel bel hotel. Tout était impeccable. Le déjeuner wow, tellement de choix et succulent. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Je recommande fortement. Bien situé en plus. Merci!

Great location near the ferry port. 5 min walk. 5-10 min walk to Osterport Station for easy train access. Very comfortable room, clean, quiet. Great full-buffet breakfast. Dinner menu is limited but very good. Netto grocery store right on the corner, 2 min away. Good Thai restaurant close. Good pool, small but good sauna, nice seating area in lobby. Gym fully equipped. Reception and restaurant staff exceptional. Overall, A+

This hotel is in a fantastic location - right in the heart of all the things to do and see in Copenhagen. Everything is walkable, and you're right on Nyhavn canal. Our only criticism was we were a bit unlucky with rooms. The first night we were in 530 (all the 30 rooms are the same) immediately next to the elevator/lift. The noise was going all the time, late at night, early in the morning. The mechanisms for the lift were virtually right next to the bed. We asked to be moved, which we were, to the other building for our second night. And that room had some weird plumbing / water gurgling sound almost constantly too. The hotel is otherwise great, good breakfast etc, but don't be afraid to move rooms if the noise is bad.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - right in the heart of all the things to do and see in Copenhagen. Everything is walkable, and you're right on Nyhavn canal. The staff, the staff, the staff. Premier location, an exceptionally elegant facility, but its superiority nonetheless began and ended with the staff. In years of travel we have never been so welcomed and well-cared for as here. We planned a rigorous quick-hit visit to London (my wife’s first) before traveling on. At the end of each busy day we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to returning to the Executive Lounge.

Very clean room, lots of space in rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant was great food but need a bit of TLC. Staff are amazing and location is excellent.
