It was a decent place to stay in order to be close to the broadway shows, time square and shopping. The hotel carpet did not look clean and the staff were not very helpful, with the exception of the bellman, who was amazing!

The view i paid an extra 400 for was on the 10th floor. I had choses this room for the city view. Unfortunately the side of a brick apartment bulding isnt an NYC night view of the city. Dissapointing. The turndown service or housekeeping sevices arent available after 5pm. So, if you want to clean your room yourself its a nice hotel

"i had a great stay at the property. it is located very conveniently in city island, with walkable shops and restaurants, and easy car access to manhattan. hosts are lovely and communicate perfectly whenever anything is needed. i would recommend this to anybody looking to stay in the area."
