Wonderful room and location.

The room was comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location was convenient to all of the sites in the area and there are lots of restaurants in the area.

The Sunrise is outwardly a motel with the exterior corridors, but the room furnishings (bed, bathroom) were hotel quality. It had none of the shabbiness one usually sees at a motel. With our two small kids, the room's kitchen with burners, fridge, small sink, and basic dishware and pots would have made a longer stay very comfortable. We had an impromptu mid week getaway, and the UB was absolutely perfect. We had a very quiet and clean room, ample parking, and open availability at the Pub. We did day trips, and came back to enjoy a leisurely evening. Due to the time of year, there was nothing open elsewhere locally, but we were ok with that. Staff was wonderful - friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The room was very spacious and clean . The owner was friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. The location is conveniently located near the beach and downtown shopping area.

Long Beach Motor Inn is a great location to enjoy the beach. The service was great and the owners are friendly and accomodating. It definitely has a nostalgic feel reminding me of vacations of my childhood. It is clean and great for a beach getaway. Gary and his wife Sue were amazing hosts. Thank you!

Went to Ogunquit for a weekend getaway. The Grand Hotel was a quaint and charming place. Building is older so we could hear when people were talking (or snoring) next door. Rooms come equipped with white noise machines which helps reduce the exterior noise. The location can't be beat as it's locating almost perfectly between Perkins Cove and "the strip" in town. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and provided all of the amenities that we expected with an in-room kitchen. The property was clean and the location was right on shore road so you were walkable to shops, restaurants and marginal way. Overall it was a great experience.

My wife and I stayed for 4 days/3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is perfectly located to town, the beach, Perkins Cove and all the restaurants. Park your car, kick off your shoes and enjoy!

We have stayed here many times over the years and are never disappointed, located right on the Marginal and near Perkins Cove. Wonderful!!!

This is a beautiful old house, with real antiques everywhere. There are many details such as all day coffee and other hot drinks, complimentary sherry, and chocolates. The breakfast is substantial and the garden is lovely. All around a very nice place within 10 minute walk to center of town.

Newly redone rooms in desirable waterfront setting. You can walk to everything from this location. The little check in area that turns to a bar during sunset is lovely. We will stay again.
