We stayed in the two bedroom as a family of four and will come again! It’s a great location, clean, and safe. Our kids had more than enough room and the kitchen was equipped enough to handle a few days stay.

Not a typical hotel room, our suite was very clean, lots of natural light, lots of room and very homey. The owner was a pleasure; very attentive to our needs, very hospitable and made us feel like family. I will definitely stay here again! It was a very nice experience and we will recommend it highly.

Perfect location

We absolutely love short sands. This Inn is perfectly located with a short walk to the beach and Restaurants. We never needed to use the car. My kind of vacation.

Inn keeper was so nice, friendly and helpful. She was a sweetheart. The room however was very dated, carpet gave me heabiegeabies. Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable even for a young child. The extra blanket was stained gross and stuffing falling out. Cleaning staff never entered the room. We were there for three nights.

The rooms were clean and a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Inn keeper Dan and his beautiful assistant Cathy were the sweetest people ever. They felt like family.

Great stay. Helpful and welcoming staff. We have been staying here for several years. Everything in York is expensive now, yet this is more than worth it compared to other alternatives in the area.

This is a pleasant place to stay. The owners are friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Nice short walk to the beach and shops. If ever back in area I’d stay here again.

Great family getaway

Our stay was good. The room had the bare minimum of what we needed. But it's the location that was the best. From our room it was a 5 minute walk and our feet were in the water and our room was on the 3rd floor lol.

Great property. Very clean. Owners on site, very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about local area and attractions. The room, for family of 5, was much more spacious and accommodating than expected. Already to book again!

Property was really cute. The room we had was a queen bed with a sleeper sofa. Had a nice balcony and a full kitchen area. Very spacious for our group of 3. The location was perfect for us. A block away from the water and an easy walk to town. We drove to nubble. 5 minutes maybe. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Over the top helpful. Plenty of parking. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are steps. So if you have someone with issues you might want to ask for something on ground floor if it’s an option. The cutest thing tho??? Hee Hee. They have all the little bathroom items inside a mason jar. I love this idea. Best thing ever. :)

Wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful stay with my kids! The owners were so personable and friendly, we felt welcome from the moment we arrived! Location is perfect, short walk to beach! Our room was clean and bed was comfortable! Will definitely be staying again!
