This place is excellent!

The room was clean. staff and waiters were amazing, they were all super friendly, kind, accommodating and understanding. I like everything about the hotel except the food, I did not like the food at all, and signal is spotty at times, but would definitely stay with them again. I genuinely like the staff and the room was comfortable and the A/C work well.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, five star service and amenities. We were greeted with a welcome drink (coffee and fresh green juice were our choices). The design and ambiance is gorgeous, both antique and contemporary. The rooms are each unique and cozy, and ours had a wonderful view. We loved the robes, slippers, soft towels and very comfortable large beds. Loved the reading lights and nice toiletries. One of the best hotels in Mexico. Marco Antonio Solís put his heart and love for Michoacan into this hotel and it shows in every detail. What made our stay so special was the staff. Everyone that works there was so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Very hot water! Quick walk to the center. Breakfast was included in our stay. And it was wonderful and very filling. Tea and coffee and Mexican pastry. Then he brought us yogurt with fruit topped with granola and different types of seeds. Then fresh juice and on the first day scrambled eggs with ham and small salad from his garden. Great hotel for price,across from Plaza Wasn’t thrilled with breakfast in restaurant, but no complaints about hotel.
