Outstanding. First quality for everything they use. For starters, an $1800 Jura coffee maker in our room, and I tell you, the best cup of coffee I ever made for myself! They spared no expense in materials, furniture, linens, chefs, door men. For location, if you're a souk shopper, this is ground zero! My longtime jeweler and tailor are now just a short 300feet away. Staff try very hard. Since the hotel opened recently some staff lack some experience. Guests must be aware that alcohol is not served in this hotel.

Everything was top notch. Unfortunately gym and pool were not available yet, but given the hotel has just been open for a week it is understandable. Very accommodating staff!!!

We just enjoyed an anniversary weekend getaway at the Four Seasons. I think I would have to say we have not experienced better customer service - from every employee - in a very long time (ever?). We received a complimentary upgrade, which was very nice - and employees called us by name at meals and around the pool. The restaurants (we ate at both Re Asian and Cut) are quite lovely - again with exceptional service. Innovative and tasty offerings. We didn't take part in the breakfast buffet...

Clean rooms. Polite and helpful staff.

We have been coming to the Ritz for little mini breaks when we don't have enough time to go anywhere further away. It was the Eid Al-Adha holiday, and the hotel was fully booked. We were offered a cold towel and a delicious fruit drink at check-in, personally shown to our room by the wonderful Margarita (thank you!). We spent a near perfect 3 days and nights just laying around, swimming in and enjoying the temperature controlled (lovely cool water), shimmery, huge pool and ordering delicious...

The service was the best I ever had!

Its not the first time I choose Wyndham Garden Manama (WGM), and the experience is the same always. The suite was clean and staff very attentive. I will always select WGM as my preferred location when staying in Bahrain, Manama.

Amazing. The rate was much more reasonable than hotels in the area. A rare incidence of very good value for money. The hotel is plain and simple - that includes the room, breakfast, amenities. But everything is above average. Deserving a special mention is the staff - they were exceptional.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean from top to bottom and had everything you would ever need in it!! I could have easily not left the hotel, if that's what I had decided. Loved it!! The head chef never seemed to leave! He was always there. Checking on food, people, and making sure things were great! He was the best.
