Incredibly well run hotel. Friendly staff, great amenities, well cleaned, comfortable beds and peaceful both in room and in common spaces. Best hotel I've ever stayed in this price range. Will return on future visits.

We really had a great experience, we took advantage of the free dinner which was a huge savings with 7 year old twins and the free breakfast. I don’t drink alcohol but they also offered 3 free drink vouchers! The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. This is now our hotel brand of choice when traveling!

Very clean, modern decor with finishes you find in 5 star hotels. Very friendly staff on check in. We were asked if we had a floor preference. Room was nice and clean when we entered room. Had a faint smell of bleach which was a comfort. Room was stuffy but once we got the air on it was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options from dry cereal, oatmeal, toast, pastries, and hot food of sausage gravy and biscuits, egg white omelets, and link sausage. Something for everyone. Food was hot and breakfast area was clean. Staff were cleaning tables as guest moved....

I am a repeat guest. The location is great. Love the staff, large rooms and hot breakfast. Carpet in room needs cleaning. I would stay there again. 😁

The person at the desk during check in went above and beyond after she found out my reason for staying was becasue my sister was having surgery in the morning. She put us on the 5th floor so it was quiet. She even had bagles and yogurt sent up becasue we would have to check out and miss breakfast. She went above and beyond, did not have to and I am greatful for her!

I needed a blow dryer in my room. I requested one, but it didn’t get delivered.

Had a 99.8% perfect stay here and am looking forward to my next trip in this area. Lovely, clean, comfortably renovated suite in a convenient location with an awesome weekday staff. Also made fun, new friends during the hotel-sponsored social meals, adding to the great memories of an otherwise ordinary ritual of business travel.

The mixed reviews kind of made me nervous about my choice. But I am so glad I booked here. I have 2 kids and they enjoyed the pool. I liked the pool because there was no deep end it is perfect for kids! Hotel is very family friendly. Free Breakfast was yummy and front desk staff was very helpful. Suite I stayed in was clean and property and area was clean and felt safe! No complaints.

It was nice to have more than 1 wash cloth for my entire stay.
