I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. Staff were amazing and caring.

If you want the true experience of Hoi An, this is the place! Uniquely and intentionally built just 2 years ago with no fancy chandeliers, or marble floors, but a minimalists’ dream! Staff was top notch some of the most caring people.

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!
