The hotel has an excellent location, great room, amazing art (used to be a gallery), but more importantly the service was excellent. The staff is very helpful and makes you feel welcome. The go out of their way to make you feel good. Will definitely return.

My husband and I had the honor and privilege of staying at Son Mali this week to celebrate our wedding anniversary! It was incredible! The staff were so kind and attentive that I can’t say enough to thank them for their incredible hospitality! The hotel is well situated, a few blocks from lively areas. They have offsite covered parking for 15 euros a day, which is highly recommended because parking in the neighborhood is complicated. Reserver your parking spot in advance! Our room was clean and in great shape with AC. The staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Luisa for her enthusiasm, recommendations, and overall great service!

I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.

Gorgeous boutique hotel for R R - single female American traveler. Very clean and luxurious, BYREDO toiletries, Juliette balcony on 3rd floor room, full length mirror, large walk in shower, lots of counter space, dreamy pool area. All staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again if I return to Palma. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a nice design and it is located in a good area. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. It's quite easy to get around Palm from its location and you have good restaurants around. Av. de Jaume III is about 5-10 minutes away where you can find a lot of shopping options. Old town is also easily to reach by foot. It would be great to add some curtains to the window. Our room had a street view and the "top to bottom" style window had only blackout curtains,...

Though it can be hard to drive through the tiny streets surrounding the cathedral, the proximity to the walking area of cathedral from this hotel is ideal. There are numerous restaurants, the hotel is silent, clean, modern. A recommended hotel in Palma, Mallorca

Excellent visit to Palma, Soller, and Valdemossa. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. Good location between the train/bus station and the major sites. Good breakfast (made to order).

Beautiful location and views. The grounds were lovely. Food and service was outstanding at the dining room and we’ll as breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice every day was amazing. Great stay all around!
