Absolutely charming Victorian B&B in a very quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of the Five Points South area. Tree House is quiet and inviting, with coffee, fruit and bagels available all day.

This is an amazing property!
We stayed in the cobblestone suite. It had a separate seating area, access to a wonderful balcony, a walk-in shower, and a comfortable king size bed. They also provided extra linen/blankets in the closet.
It can be a little confusing on how to access the security desk where you check in and then the hotel but if you follow the very detailed instructions that they send to you and use Google maps to locate the areas you will be fine.

Entire hotel was beautiful from the time you step into the lobby to the rooms. Very clean and beautiful decor. Beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the simplicity of it all

When we arrived at 5:00 pm, the front desk told us they didnt have our room ready yet and that was totally unacceptable. We had to wait a few minutes for the room to be ready

Very nice rooms, quiet when sleeping, couldn't hear any doors and I was able to get a great night's sleep in a very comfortable bed! Very high end finishes!
I highly recommend this place!!! Recently renovated and it shows. Staff is very friendly and helpful!
I will stay here again if I am in the area! Birmingham is beautiful!!!

A great addition to Birmingham! Some start-up kinks like condensation noise from the refridgerators and slow service in the restaurant. However we will be back!

Nice hotel located in a nice area. The hotel itself is tucked away in a secluded location but is still very close to every shop you might need. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Typical amenities that you expect. A free hot breakfast in the morning. We stayed here as a resting point on our way to Florida because our normal hotel (Drury Inn - the highly rated one) was full. We liked this hotel so much that we decided to book it for the return trip (Expedia was $17 cheaper than the...
