We really enjoyed our stay at the Anvil hotel, its location is right near the town square and is about 5 a mins walk, perfect for when we went out for dinners and drinks. It’s also located on the north of the town centre which makes driving out into the Tetons easier as you don’t have to drive through the busy town square. The room was tidy, and had decent air conditioning. The property advertises parking but it is very limited, so it’s down to luck and timing if you manage to get your space. There’s way more rooms than there are parking spaces. Although worst case, parking on the nearby streets is free and abundant. We had the best time in Jackson and the hotel stay couldn’t have gone any better. The only thing slightly negative is that we personally feel the room is a bit overpriced, yes the rooms have nice decor, but they’re on the smaller side, air conditioning is an old window unit and parking is sometimes a gamble. I imagine you’re paying for the location more than anything. Definitely stay at the anvil if you want to be right near town and have no worries about missing out on anything. Just be prepared to pay a bit more.

Loved the location as it was a short drive into Jackson. The multiple rooms were large and charming character touches throughout. Bears on the bunks in loft. No microwave but they heated our leftovers at office if needed. Would definitely stay here again!
