Excellent all-round. The location is great -- very close to the airport and to Hakata Station. Rooms are small but larger than in APA hotels in Tokyo. The staff in the restaurant where the breakfast is served were particularly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was pretty good with a little bit of everything. There was a freezer at the entrance from the lobby that had a nice ice cream bar in it. Spa was smaller than other APA hotels I have been in but it was good.

Clean room, helpful staff who facilitated luggage forwarding to our next hotel. The onsen at the top floor was very nice! Conveniently located just minutes from Hakata station (access to the Shinkansen, city subway, busses and shopping). I would recommend this hotel to others who are looking to stay in the area

Hotel is near Hakata Station. Hotel was SQUEEZED into a very small space, so all of the space is very small. We just came from APA Niigata it was MUCH better and more space. This one the laundry machines are only 2 inside the men's bath!!! Atrium of the hotel is open to the outside weather sooooooooooo hot and humid in the hallways and elevators. Only 16 lockers in the men's bath, but the TV shows only 1/3 full when the bath is packed with men. My view of APA has collapsed after this visit.
