The staff was super nice when we came into the building - the room was super unique, we loved that they were eco-friendly and sourced from local vendors. Dinner was really good, we had the tacos with nachos and fish and chips. Loved that they had different food stations to choose from. Breakfast was okay, you could make a sandwich, they had juice and drip coffee. Would recommend staying if you’re driving through the town.

Great care was taken in designing the room. Plenty of places to hang items. Plug ins in many locations. Shelves. The seating bench near the window was fashionable and useful. The location was perfect for the golden cycle and south part of the island. I love the breakfast that’s included. It was nice just to go down stairs and grab something. Then come back up to your room and get ready for an adventures day. The hot water didn’t sell like sulfur. The room was cleans and bed was comfortable. WiFi was included. Ask the food hall was on the property. There was bakery and a market for all your needs walking distance. we would stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

This is a beautiful hotel the main floor and café your area are full of plants, a nice café with pleasant staff working there and even a little shopping. The rooms are good size and comfortable, but a little dated. That wouldn’t stop me from staying here. I also found the stuff to be very helpful when I needed to change a night there was no questioning. It was just easily done and thanks for that as that was not my experience at many other places in Iceland. If you need a place to stay, with a nice restaurant, a lovely café and pleasant staff this is your place.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the location was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly. We had great Mexican food in the food hall, and then we went to the brewery just two minutes away, which was fantastic. We also took a hike up the hot springs, which are only a five-minute drive away.
