A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who went out of their way to help and accommodate our needs. The breakfast and meals were very good. The rooms were clean and spacious, The hotel location is a quiet, semi rural/industrial area not near any other shops or restaurants which was not an issue because the hotel restaurant is very good. Parking is excellent. Taxi service into the Pamplona old town was easy and reasonably priced 5 star outstanding hotel staff. Initially the hotel location was difficult to find from the highway but once found no problems.

The rooms smells due to smoking, even after a request for non-smoking room. Staff were helpful at the front desk.

I would never stay here again. I booked for my family as we were only staying one night whilst driving on to France. I knew it was on the outskirts, and I was more than happy to walk in. However the area wasn’t that safe, in actual fact a big fight broke out in the bar next to the hostal when I was returning at 8pm with my children. Parking was not, secure. Mouse traps in the corridors and to make matters worst our shower had clearly not been cleaned in weeks. Disgusting!

I stayed one night as I was doing the Camino. Perfect place to get a little rest and not too far from the original Camino path. You can do laundry and the place is very cozy. Also it was just renovated when I visited so everything was pretty new. The bathroom is 5* The hosts were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here!
