"We ended up getting a upgraded room at no extra cost since our original room was still being cleaned by check in. Super sweet staff! Only down side is that the blinds don't close at all so you can still see in and out of the building easily, so there was little to no privacy from outside. The sun was in our faces early in the morning because of it. "
