On my flight from MHT to Newark, the lady at the counter simply asked for my ID and moved my check in, printed my boarding pass and checked my bag in a matter of minutes. I was very pleased with her service. I was spoiled I guess because on the return flight The attendant didn’t bother to ask for ID and made me go through the search feature which was annoying and cumbersome. As a result it took much longer than it needed to. In fact there were points in the process where she made me feel stupid. Fact is, not everyone flies every day and so we have to read all the instructions and can’t just “know” exactly how to answer unless we do. Much less pleased with the return flight, although my trip was more pleasurable all around than I expected.
