Only process that was slow was waiting for the check in/checked baggage area when initially entering the airport. We arrived early and had to wait almost 3 hours before the terminal was open. It was disorganized and frustrating. However other than that we had no problems at all.
It's ridiculous that you have to pay for a carry on bag
Loved the stewardess funny comments, i.e. if the plane has a problem stop screaming and trying to choke your seat mate and put on the oxygen. Just loved the humor making the trip less anxiety-producing for this person with a genuine fear of flying! Please do more comedy in instructing the passengers with the necessary rules! :)
