First time I travel on this plane. I like the service. I will recommend this to my family and friends. To travel through Thomas cook.
The flight attendants were amazing! Kind and helpful. Every one of them.
My only complaint was the 6 kg weight for a cabin bag is not enough weight for anything in this bag. I was overweight with just a few clothes items and shoes. I had to take out my jeans and carry them so my bag was underweight.
The time to retrieve luggage in Orlando was extremely long. I carried the same luggage from the USA but apparently different guidelines were used on the return trip and i had to check in my hand luggage at a cost of 60 pounds.
Overall a good experience. However, I attempted for three months to get seats together with my family both online and by phone. Despite being assured every time that we had the seats we selected, we never did. We probably won’t fly Condor again as a family for this reason.
