Superb staff & service
Hollywood movies in the system are quit old, need more updated.
Flight was operated by United. However, if you have a domestic transfer in Japan, you need to pick up and take your checked bags through customs and re-check them in after you have entered the country. The staff at United in the US did not know this and assured me there was no need to pick up the bags. They were wrong here, so be aware
The Seats go forward to lean so it can be a little hard on tall people
Haneda Airport was surprisingly inconvenient and time-consuming. If one is going to switch planes at this airport they should make sure they have plenty of time, because it takes quite a while to get around to different parts of the airport, especially because to go to different concourses and the like you actually have to take a bus. In the end I had plenty of time remaining but it still took me well more than an hour just to get to my gate. The staff were helpful, although the receptionist left me standing for a while before even seeming to notice I was standing right there at the desk. The airplane seats were also pretty uncomfortable and I had little space, especially leg room, after having to stow my bag under the seat, especially because I'm a tall person.
