Lack of Lysol wipes on flight to clean seats/ tray tables etc, used my own yet nowhere to discard wipes and were left on my arm rest entire flight, attendant did not pick them up though walked by several times.
Very happy, have not used Delta in year so I was glad with the modern aircraft
There was an issue with the plane we had to get off one and get on another. I was very pleased with how efficient everyone handled things. Pilot very informative and took action as quickly as he could. Thank him and that crew for making a situation that could have been hectic and confusing as easy on us passengers as they could!! Thank you.

Flight crew was outstanding
I was unable to successfully complete the kiosk self-check-in. The line at the ticket help desk was quite short (4 people ahead of me), but short-staffed. It took nearly an hour to reach the counter. By that time, my flight was hoarding, and I was unable to check my bag. I was forced to take a later flight. The ticket agent, (Tomeka at JFK) was very helpful, professional, and friendly. The fault was not with the agents, but the system. Luckily, she was able to get me on a flight 2 hours later, and that went smoothly.
Arm rest was totally broken. No cushioning on it at all. Metal totally exposed.

I left something of value on the plane after disembarking. Delta staff was very helpful in helping me recover the item.
