The rooms are a bit dated and we were put on a lower floor which made it hard to have a full view of the falls. Breakfast food was good, but we waited for a long time to be seated even when we saw empty tables in the restaurant.

The hotel staff and room service food were excellent! The room was clean and comfortable but the bed was too firm. Room smelled really bad , like if the carpet was wet, also room looked old run down , staff came to the door with a loud knock at 9am to asked what time we were leaving.
