"I’ve machine was broken on my floor, if I asked for more then two buckets of ice they wanted to charge me. Mind I was filling up a cooler because they charged for personal fridge use"

"Otherwise ok hotel but would probably not stay again. After one week, I’m still waiting to get back the deposit money, which was around 150 € for one night. Other hotels I’ve stayed, they have returned deposit back in a few days."

"The Strand Palace is at an awesome location for guests that plan on exploring the city. Also close to great food areas and in the middle of the Theater district. Comfortable beds, clean restrooms and hot showers! The bar, breakfast area and attached restaurant are all very convenient."
