A great stay. Within walking distance of everything, including the subway, and yet just off the main streets for some real quiet time. I highly recommend staying there.

The Belvedere is in a great location for seeing the sites. Rooms are nice with a vintage art deco New York vibe that I like. The Happy Hour in the Brazilian style restaurant was perfect. The drinks prices were great and the food was excellent. WE had a great time in NYC.

Great location for accessing Theater District and Hell’s Kitchen areas. Noise and uncomfortable beds and pillows do make it hard to sleep but will definitely stay again because of the great location and helpful staff.

The hotel is located in the heart of Time Square and walking distance to many landmarks. The bus and subway is easily accessible and tons of food/restaurant options. Everything centered around tourist. The hotel check-in was easy and quick. I was happy with the initial look and cleanliness of the room. Then I pulled back the sheets and there was hair in them. When asked to have the sheets changed, I returned the new sheet left on the bed for me to change them. I eventually changed them because the front desk didn't answer any of my phone calls. The TV was also stuck on 1 channel and the show just looped. A tech guy came up to fix it but walked away saying, "Yeah, it's broke." Then left. There was construction right outside my window and was woken by men standing outside talking and moving their power tools. When I checked out, the manager took $40.00 off the facility fee. I don't see myself staying here again. When i pay just over $700.00 for a 3 night stay, I expect everything in working condition, comfortable/quiet space and clean bed sheets.

There was garbage under the bed but otherwise the room was clean and quiet. The elevator was slow so we took the stairs a lot. My sister was down the hall from us and her TV did not work for the entire trip and she was not offered any money back which was disappointing. The location was great and the beds were comfortable.

The location of this hotel is super convenient, very close to Times Square, Broadway, Empire state and to many train stations, it made our trip so much easier! We were meeting family here for a joint holiday, the hotel placed us on the same floor, which was great. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and I'd say the room size was very comfortable. We stayed 7 nights and didn't feel too squished in our room. The little kitchenette was a real money saver, we were able to have a light breakfast in our room and made sandwiches to take with us for the day - with the prices in Manhattan, this saved us a ton of money! Unfortunately, our TV didn't work, the front desk did send a repair man but he couldn't get it to work either. It wasn't a deal breaker, as we had many other things to do anyway. We arrived at the hotel before check in, they let us store our bags for free, which was very nice. We got a bit of attitude from the shorter bellman/doorman guy, but the other doorman were lovely, one in particular, was always smiling and super polite, I wish I caught his name to give him a shout out! All in all, we had a great stay here, I would definitely stay again.
