Central location. Nice clean modern room with comfy bed. All attractions of the city easily accessible by walk or inexpensive taxi Bolt (download app and travel easy). I like this area as I as an expat live in Tbilisi for some years now. Lived with friends. Hotel is in a park with roses and palms, a mini car meets you and brings to reception (call them and you have a car in 1 minute there to take you and luggage), you can also walk 100 meters if no big luggage. Safe at nights. Breakfast was nice too.

Good host, good room

I had a terrible experience at IOTA Hotel and strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Our first room had water leaking from the ceiling, causing water to pool on the bathroom floor. On our first morning, I slipped and took a very hard fall. Despite this, it took two days to move us to another room. We also had biting bugs in our room, which made an already uncomfortable stay even worse. There are virtually no options to get food or drinks at the hotel after a certain hour. Our flight was delayed by a day, so late that night I asked the front desk to extend our stay. My wife was extremely sick with a swollen, infected lip and fever, which we believe may have been caused by the hotel water. We were awake until around 7 a.m. I explained that we needed to sleep during the day before our early-morning flight. They told me, “No problem, come down and pay tomorrow.” Instead, around noon, housekeeping started knocking and the front desk called telling us we had to leave. I was in a dead sleep. We had to suddenly wake up, rush to pack, and find another hotel. Overall, it was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and showed very little concern or apology. I highly recommend finding another hotel.

Has a great stay here. Friendly staff went above and beyond being helpful. Fantastic breakfasts.

I love it

From my experience the positives are, great location, well designed rooms, breakfast was a highlight with excellent selection. Negatives, one of the lights in my room switched itself on and off several times during the night, very annoying. I paid for breakfast and early check in on my arrival and was challenged in the restaurant on the 2nd morning about paying, I had to produce the receipt. Disappointing customer service.

They will never reply to you on Hotels, don't book them, they also don't reply on their official "Contact Us" site, if you want someone who can answer your question, don't choose this!

I paid for a room with 2 beds. As advertised, but I was given a room with 1 bed and one of us end up sleeping on the floor over the blanket, front desk said, they did mistake and they can not do anything about it. I am very disappointed 😞
