Great hotel in a really convenient location right in the centre of Toulouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries (although no shower cap but fortunately I had one with me that I had acquired at another hotel!), air conditioning and bottled water replenished every day. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower cubicle. There was plenty of choice at breakfast with cereals, yogurts, fruit, cold meats and cheeses, bread pastries, tea, coffee and fruit juices including freshly squeezed orange juice. Enjoyed our stay at The Grand Balcon and would happily recommend.

Decent hotel. Average room. Air conditioning was not working properly. Bed was ok.

Great hotel, great lovcation. Perfect for our 3-day stay to visit Toulouse. Easy access for airport and train station

Dirty and old. Shower handle broke off. Shower head nozzles plugged. Long walk and no elevator to the room.

Well located and perfectly suited for a weekend getaway

The breakfast was included in our stay and was terrific. Room was small, serviceable but nothing special. Location was great.
