I stay three nights in this hotel which is located very close to all types of public transportation (MTR, airport bus and trams). It is also close to many restaurants and food outlets. The room is reasonable in size and very quiet. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is very small and not easy to find especially during the nighttime.

Room was well maintained, Comfy bed and bedding. Nice view. Love your cleaning ladies, so friendly and extremely helpful. All the staff are very nice. Amazing spa and gym. Ming court has the best food always! I had a party there for my mother’s 90th birthday, everyone had fun! Thank you!

The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful. The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
