Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Le Palais Gallien, our room was ready ahead of time, the staff was fantastic! Very walkable to all of what Bordeaux has to offer and the restaurant is terrific! They took care of us really well, we will come back!

1. It is a 4**** hotel.
2. Minimal security, just cameras. No security in the elevator, single front desk person is periodically absent and anybody can get through.
3. Basic room/suit design. Minimal amenities, tiny shelf holding a simple coffee maker. Small refrigerator in the wall closet keeps slightly cool temperature.
4. Air conditioner system is blocked at 21 degree, it does not constantly stay on and requires frequent restarts.
5. Strange glass door in the bathroom. Minimal privacy and very noisy.
It is a good choice if you are looking for a 4**** hotel.
