All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.
On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated.
My room looked onto the lovely pool area.
Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily

Easy check in great service to and from rooms . Pool crowded but no towels before 9am. Rooms spacious with good air con .
Very clean hotel and staff excellent and professional.
Food very good and checkout easy . Paradise in my opinion with fire show in the beach on Friday and Saturday . We did private beach dining £240 per couple but it was great . We were a bit on show but it was fine .
Overall a great location and please do the excursions to the mangrove £33 each but we got to see at least 30 sea eagles on a feeding frenzy !

The staff were amazing. I would give the service an 11/10 if I could. The pool areas and common areas were well maintained. There is a wonderful variety of pools. We also enjoyed the food.
The rooms were a disappointment. While roomy and very clean, they do not meet the standards of a five star resort I would say three stars at best. The upholstered furnishings were old and stained. Things didn’t work properly in the room. The hallway carpets were also old and stained. In need of an upgrade.
The area is lovely. Nature comes to you with beautiful birds and entertaining monkeys as you lounge by the pool.

The room was spacious & clean, although in my opion it will need some upgrading in the not too distant future. The sea view rooms should be re-classified as partial sea view, due to the amount of trees blocking it. There is 1 particularly large tree that overhangs the pool, possible attention to the branches, before they crack in a storm & hurt someone. There is serious erosion outside the grounds of this hotel, making it almost impossible to walk along the beach here, plus the sea is extremely polluted. The pool is a good size & clean, but there are not enough loungers, plus the cushions could do with a good scrub, pool towels were available. Outside & along the street there are numerous places to eat & at night it is lined with a market, food is very cheap, alcohol not so, however, you can easily get a meal for 2 with a drink for well under £15, we don't eat much & were paying approximately £9 including beer.
The staff were lovely & helpful nothing too much trouble. A bus stop is just next door for a trip to Georgetown costing about 6+ myr but they don't give change.
