除了浮潛環境一般外 房間設備 酒店設施 員工服務都很好 選擇全包基本已沒有額外使費 性價比高的酒店 會推薦給朋友入住

Early seaplane time is9:15,but they told me I have to check out at 8:15.breakfast stat from 7:30.someone ask for luggage around 8 o’clock outside room,and waited for clean with cleaner staff . I waited in lobby until 9:30 but no other comes in lobby,after 10minuted another couple came. After 10minutes boat came. Don’t know why ask us for so early check out and so long waiting.but another couple they didn’t wait. Nothing special but nice sea

这是第二次入住库鲁巴度假村，第一次还是8年前。 总的印象变化不大，房间设施有一点陈旧了，但并不影响整体舒适性，而且白天大部分时间也不会待在房间里。 重要的是附近有很赞的水肺潜水点，同时库鲁巴度假村本身的房礁也是浮潜超棒的地点，从早上十点到下午两三点完全可以沉浸在浮潜的乐趣中，搜寻鹰燕鳐和黑鳍礁鲨等大型鱼类。 餐厅的选择也很丰富，只是旺季太难预订5家特色餐厅了。Cafe的菜单选择有些局限，口味算不错。 总之，考虑到房价，库鲁巴绝对是性价比很高的度假村了。

喜欢，订的水屋，每天都可以随时浮潜，海里的鱼比较多种，色彩斑斓，整个岛的布局也比较合理

It was a wonderful stay at Velassaru. Everything was perfect. The staffs were caring and professional. Foods were plenty and delicious. We especially enjoyed the excursions such as dolphin discovery and shark snorkelling. Highly recommended !

Unprofessional staffs, unpleasant experience 1. I was here with my wife to celebrate her birthday. I told the staff on her birthday, 24th, when we finish our dinner at beach, would like our bed made with flowers and the cake be prepared along. However the bed was made at 23th, and the cake was delivered at midnight of 23th while we were asleep. Huge bang on the door which scared us. The surprise tuned into scary. 2. We were having 12USD/person dinner buffet. Surprisingly the food plants are always empty. We didn’t have any food at all. Although the charge had been waived, it still feel awful. 3. Breakfast choices are little, not much to have and staffs are not so friendly either. Asked for two plates of eggs, for me and my wife, the staff at the egg station complaint me of having to much orders like I shouldn’t. Feel really bad. 4. The WiFi was unstable and crashed all the time. Power outage is common. 5. Parts of equipment in the room was not working, the safe and half of light in my room was unusable. 6. The street behind hotel was full of cooking smoke whole day. If your room face the back, than The balcony is completely useless. Overall, don’t waste your time and money on this one.
