We stayed here in May and had the most amazing time. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The staff went out of their way to make sure our every need was met. The bar tender for the beach Kiki especially went above and beyond making sure that my fiance and I had next level customer service. They made us feel at home while on vacation and ensured this was our best stay ever!

We are having a wonderful stay at Bella Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
We had a small issue with our original room, and the team listened to our concerns. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a much better sea view and even helped move all of our luggage, which we really appreciated as we are travelling with a baby and a toddler.
The food has been very good, with plenty of choice at every meal, and the hotel is clean, well maintained and in a great location right by the beach.
A big thank you to the reception and all the staff for their excellent customer service. They made us feel valued and helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend Bella Beach Hotel and would love to return in the future.

Absolutely loved this place. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options. Loved the beach bar across the street. Quick walk to the strip. Service was excellent. We got a very good massage. Would come back.

The property was never 5 stars. We were four adults but they have dealt with us as if we were two in the room. The standard room was in a very poor standard. The hotel staff were not trained to deal with five stars attitude. The half board meant to them in their cheap style to offer us the four one medium size of water bottle. The entrance to the room was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves. They never filled any tea or sugar or even toilet rolls unless we ask. We had to ask for clean towels or to clean the room. They have said that half board meant that we have to pay for the drinks for the dinner even if it is water or nonalcoholic beverages.
We went to sit by the beach but a staff member came running towards us to ask us to leave the beach cabinet or pay €35. We accepted immediately to pay because we were settled and over 63 years old. However she went further in her rudeness to ask us to move to another cabinet because the one we were sitting in was reserved. No clear signage was there or we wouldn’t have sit in it. It is a very small size from behind that no one can see. In the end we packed all our stuff and left and never been back neither to the beach or to eat. Of course no one used that cabinet and all were empty most of the time. We felt unsafe and unsecured in that accommodation altogether. We contacted people we know there to make them aware of our situation and moved our rented car out. The experience was very upsetting for a couple in our age.

The location on the seaside is great. There is a private beach with sun beds for the use of the guests.
Rooms facing the sea are very nice. Clean and well maintained.
Breakfast is very good.
The staff is nice and very helpful.
We stayed for four nights, after two nights we asked if it possible to be moved to second floor (nicer view but somewhat smaller room) and after checking they have moved us up for the rest of the stay.
All in all on a decimal scale I would rate 9/10.

The property is located on a sandy beach with a beautiful view. The hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the harbour and old town. The staff were helpful. I stayed two nights but a longer stay would have been relaxing. I booked a loft room which was in two floors and I never used the top floor because of the stairs so we were in the room downstairs and the set up of the room was in a way the handwash basin was in the room and not in the toilet so took some space.
