兰沙洛特海滩假期

This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃

Fab holiday - went end of July and it wasn’t overcrowded. Food and drinks all fantastic quality. Only downside is there is very little entertainment

Very lovely hotel. Difficulty checking in due to communication but the room upgrade made up for it and was worth the wait. Views were great and amenities were very handy. Breakfast was good. Spa was lovely. Bonus - close to amenities with back gate leading straight to strip. Will definitely be back in the future .

Très bon séjour. Hôtel très bien placé en bord de mer, parking gratuit très pratique où on a toujours trouvé de la place. Personnel très sympathique. À notre arrivée nous étions peu nombreux à l'hôtel donc c'était agréable. Une fois que le flux de touristes est arrivé, c'est plus compliqué. Manque de disponibilité sur les transats. Afflux en permanence au restaurant. Et malheureusement, l'hôtel n'y est pour rien, mais beaucoup de manque de respect pour autrui.

Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses 5 étoiles. Notre séjour a été très décevant. Dès le premier jour, le ménage n’a pas été fait. Pendant tout le séjour, il manquait systématiquement des serviettes alors que nous étions quatre. Nous avons également été privés de climatisation pendant trois jours et d’eau chaude un matin. Malgré plusieurs signalements à la réception, les problèmes se répétaient sans réelle solution. La propreté laisse également à désirer : poussière visible dans la chambre et ménage très superficiel, loin des standards d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous étions venus pour nous reposer, mais cet hôtel a gâché une partie de nos vacances. Au vu du prix payé et du niveau de service, nous ne le recommandons absolument pas.
