Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided the small disposable bodywash/shampoon as opposed to the larger refillable ones and didn't give us options to op out of daily changing of sheets and towels. Overall, the room was comfortable, the service was great. Some minor changes could really bring this stay to a "10" as rated by many users.

Good and helpful

I have stayed in this property a few times. It is because I like their underground parking which is secured and convenient. I don’t use other facilities because I don’t stay in the hotel most of the time. The only thing that I think the hotel management needs to look at is their room make-up or cleaning staff. Last time I stayed there for 12 nights and I usually left the hotel in the late morning or around noon time. There were two days that my room was not serviced even though I hanged the “make-up room” sign outside my room door. And also there was a time when I asked for more shampoo by writing and leaving a note in the bathroom, but at the end, I didn’t get extra shampoo.
