員工有禮且服務佳，客房乾淨舒適，但門口階梯和餐廳階梯對無障礙來說較為不方便，另外房間開冷氣時就會現＂油漆味＂，然後房間竟然沒有茶包，跟櫃台反應，櫃台告知現在都不提供茶包，但我看打掃人員推車上有茶包，懷疑櫃台小姐告知錯誤訊息

The unit is spacious which is exactly what we needed, but we did not get the key on time as promised (there was a 30-minute delay), and the unit was not very clean and had other issues. We had to request the kitchen area to be re-cleaned, shower handle to be fixed, tissue papers to be provided…. One of the bathroom doors could not be locked and there are plenty of black moldy spots in the shower areas. This was the last stop on our two week long Vietnam and Cambodia trip, and it was the least clean unit, though the most expensive one we had booked. They also do not provide luggage storage on site as they told us it’s a service apartment not a hotel. On our second day stay, we requested clean towels. Did not hear back for a few hours. When we had to request again early evening for only two clean towels, we were told that we must make such request one day in advance. We were advised to wash the towels ourselves using the washing machine in the unit. Our family has been traveling around the world each year, and have never stayed in a place where a couple of clean towels could not be provided upon request. Despite the ample space and relatively good location, we’ll never book Zenity in the future.

The staff are extremely friendly, nice, and helpful.

Room is comfortable with a nostalgic vibe. Staff are very attentive and super friendly. Location of the hotel is superb as near to many locations and easy access to many places. One tiny detail was that the staff made sure that the balcony hot tube was cleaned daily from the fallen leaves. This is a very small detail showing that they really care about customer experience. If I have to say one negative feedback that would be structural. The hotel is probably not a new building so sound proof is not ideal, when sleeping at night you can hear other guests returning to their rooms sometimes talking quite loudly. Other than that each time my visit back is a better experience.

It's nice to have the upgrade room, but it's easy to hear the noise from road noise in the night, in general, it's still nice to have a short stay with budget.
